Individual Therapy

In individual therapy sessions, we’ll work to solve current problems and improve positive thinking and behavior. I will help you “re-frame” your reactions and provide you with valuable tools to cope with life’s obstacles. I am confident you will find personalized Individual Therapy beneficial and inspirational. Group Therapy
A Happier, Healthier You
The Olive Branch offers group counseling classes on an as-needed basis. These classes are only open to current clients and will be based on age. There will be a maximum of 8 clients in each class. Classes include social skills groups, self-esteem groups, managing anxiety groups, coping with grief groups, and more. These groups will be posted on the website and our social media pages when dates are set.

Telehealth
A way to receive mental health counseling if you are unable to meet in person, due to your location, physical health, or schedule. Telehealth appointments are carried out through a secure platform designed specifically for mental health therapy. If you are interested in receiving telehealth services, please contact me today!
In-School Visits
lf your school aged child is unable to attend face to face sessions in the office, opportunities may be available that allow them to receive in-school therapy sessions. Or if you would like support in IEP/504 meetings at school, I am happy to attend those as well to help advocate for my client.
I have a client release form for parents to sign in order for your child to be seen for a therapy session at their school. This can be for each session or it can replace times that you are unable to bring your child in for therapy.
Speaking Engagements
School Institute Days
The Olive Branch Counseling Center is available for you and your school. I am happy and would be honored to speak to your staff and teach them specific tools on how to engage their students in learning all while learning about the importance of student mental health. If your students are carrying "a lot of baggage" in their backpacks, I can promise you, they are not totally focused on school. I can help prepare your staff to be the best teachers they can be all while recognizing red flags within some of their students and to help them engage in learning!

Tips and Tricks for School Counselors-Professional Development
School Counselors are on the front line and are likely the very first person your child talks to about their mental health needs. The Olive Branch Counseling Center is available for any professional developments that your schools are looking for such as, but not limited to: (Understanding Mental Health, Helping our teachers understand student mental health, Anxiety and Depression in a young mind, etc)
Fees
Speaking Events Range From $75-$100. Please contact the office for the event and the fee for the event. We look forward to speaking and educating your team, group, school, etc..
